Introducing the notes about the Advanced Retrieval module where we learn how to chunk and rerank the resourced found by BM25 and semantic search.

The changelog page didn't have the ability to convert the MarkDown in the description into actual HTML, now it does.

In this PR we add all the notes for the Build your own AI Personal Assistant in TypeScript focused on the Retrival Skill Building.

Just a quick update about all the packages in the project.

Just aligned some styles and organized resources.

Started to really use the SEO data I was adding to my content and made the robots.txt file generation on build.

Now we have a changelog page to show all the PR that have been merged into my portfolio but we also fixed some issues with the navigation header and aligned the layout for the main index pages so they all look the same.
